Community Tasting Notes 4

January 4, 2008 - Amazing expressive nose of jam, briar, raspberry. Cherries and raspberries all through the palate, with a long finish and impressive balance. Amazing QPR.

June 14, 2007 - Classic Zinfandel. Big jammy nose with lots of berry fruit. Rich blackberry and raspberry notes on the mid palate. Pepper and darl chocolate on the finish. A nice finish and good acidity. Despite the wines heft and alcohol over15% it does not drink hot at all. Nice bottle. Another solid value from Victor Hugo

May 2, 2007 - Fratello's Offline - Paso Robles (Laguna Niguel, CA): Rich nose of blackberry, raspberry, dark chocolate and spice. Pure cherry liqueur on the palate, finishing with melted darked chocolate. A guilty pleasure.
