March 27, 2022 - Spent most of my time the first night trying to figure out if I liked it or not.
Day #2 - seemed a bit worse
Day#3 - solidified and came together slightly improved
Day#4- somewhat surprisingly this wine really firmed up and turned very nice. This wine is probably young and needs more time in the cellar. Reminds me of the K wines that typically need a lot of air exposure to really open up.
Ultimately this wine was quite an experience. Fun to have a wine that challenges your idea of what a good wine should be. Very cerebral.
