March 2, 2024 - Super sharp; Lemon acid; Hard to get past it

April 12, 2023 - A pleasant wine. Orchard fruit on the palate. Mouthfeel though feels a bit thin, definitely thinner than one drunk a few years ago. Very Good.

October 1, 2021 - Crisp with stone fruit and pear

April 7, 2021 - Unscrewed and poured. Rich apricot aroma. Tart flavors of pear, stone fruit. Stone fruit and floral notes in the finish. Started very closed, and didn't even start to open up until the 30 minute mark. Very good now, and will likely get better. Outstanding QPR.

Another sublime and compelling wine from Paetra. Light, long and subtly beguiling. Precision and balance just pull you in.

Kept several weeks in the fridge with a Repour. Just as good.
