November 20, 2023 - This is a very classy Sauvignon Blanc, more like Friuli than Loire -- lots of mineral, green apple, ginger, with no grassiness, tropical fruits, elderflower, or cat's pee. Fully ready to drink now, possibly better on its own than with food.

December 8, 2022 - Nose of lemon custard and ocean air. Acidic rush of lemon and lime skin with minerals and gooseberry notes. Citrus pith introduces the finish and adds metallic notes and warm stones. Drink up.
