September 18, 2023 - Non-chardonnay white wine (Craig's yard): The riesling is evident. There's also a grassiness or green element. The wine seems fresh and vibrant.

May 11, 2023 - Absolutely wonderful wine! The Riesling jumped out of the glass for me. The nose was more like a German Riesling than any other California wine I’ve e had. The acidity was bright and crisp but balanced. I was surprised at how good this bottle is.

January 30, 2023 - Shining and not declining.

January 8, 2023 - Pale lemon in the glass. Aromas of jasmine, meadow flowers, bunch of citrus fruit, yellow apple, yellow plum. The palate has some solid fruit concentration, but I find the malo is way too dominant over the grape varieties here. Not much expression from Riesling or Gewürz. Zippy acid at the start, rounds up and dies down towards the finish. I don’t find this an interesting wine at all especially at the price point it is sold at. Will stick to his Chardonnay in the future most definitely.

September 26, 2022 - Right now, this is tremendous! Very pale straw, with a nose centered on tart yellow plums, but with hints of brioche, lemon pound cake. That same citrus dimension is evident on the palate, which is in a white grapefruit or lemony mood here, but very long with a stony riverbed finish. A genuinely amazing wine, if you are ok with the acidity. And Ill add that I drink lots of wine, but rarely am this enthusiastic!

One caveat: my wife has a “geographic tongue”, a strange term for people who perceive acidity in an amplified way. She finds this way too acidic.
