  👃Not decanted. Aerate half hour in glass. The 2018 vintage opens up to citrus fruits such as grapefruit, and hint of lemon. The attack are like biting into a ripe grapefruit. Swirling and introducing some air reveals salinity and minerals at mid palate. Finishing with the same.
  👅 Fresh, vibrant acidity (Medium plus). Light bodied, and medium minus intensity. Well structured. Long and elegant finish.
  💭 Can be enjoyed now with some aeration time.

  December 4, 2020 - Light white/creamy yellow in color. White fruit and white flowers with some sweet nutty characteristic. Excellent merging of purity and barrel flavors, with some grapes (15%) aged in new barrels and the rest in old barrels for a year, then eight months in steel. Terrific length on the finish. Paired well with semi hard truffle cheese and a beurre blanc sauce.
  
  Seemed to close down throughout the night. This might reemerge and be better in two years.

  October 19, 2020 - Smør, popcorn, lidt stenfrugt og krudt i næsen. Samme noter i munden med citronskal. Let uden overgjort fad. Høj syre. Måske lidt lukket - giv tid.
