December 19, 2021 - A bit of oak, red fruit and leathery funk on the nose. Medium bodied, supple and smooth, delivering subtle red fruit, oak, a hint of leather and funk with smooth and firm tannins. A solid and good Rioja that still has potential to improve in the cellar. Great value.

November 9, 2021 - Good for the price. A little more fruit than most Riojas but had a lot of earthiness too. Good Tuesday night wine with a wide variety of food.

July 1, 2020 - Translucent, shiny dark red. Wonderful combination of tart cherry and oak, bouquet and palate. A little bit of menthol high and back of the palate. Body is relatively light, and the bottle emptied quickly.
