January 2, 2018 - A very interesting and gratifying white wine, with a mineral driven palate and honeyed layered white stone fruit notes. Has held up very very well and was great with torchon of foie gras and steak tartare on New Year's Eve.

November 23, 2008 - Not white burdundy....not oxidized! To date, I have not encountered any oxidized white wines from my cellar other than those from Burgundy. I pulled this one just to compare to a selection of my white burgs that I am tasting to assess their condition. This bottle is not necessarily a great wine, but it was fresh and in excellent condition. I have no problem leaving the rest of these alone for a few more years, but the wine is mature.
