February 1, 2021 - Four hour decant. Bright, but very very deep ruby magenta color. Boysenberry, black currant, raspberry, raw honey, and coffee grounds on the balanced, but bright fruited nose. Vibrant, full bodied, slightly satiny palate, with tongue drying acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish. ~ 125 cases made.
