Community Tasting Notes 1

November 20, 2020 - Medium body, bright garnet to purple color. Intense aroma of red fruits, flowers and tobacco complemented by leather background. Sour cherry and plum palate following by spicy and a bit earthy finish. Hedonistic young barbera, easy drinking and well balanced in spite high alcohol level, refreshing acidity and silky tannins. Food friendly, very enjoyable with Minestrone. Serve 16ºC - 18ºC. Open three hours ahead, next day, after vacuum corking even better. Drink now while young and next three/five years.
