April 12, 2024 - Dents and concentrated but a little bit short on the fruit. Also not the most complex. Has good weight and fruit for particularly this vintage. It is holding up well. It may develop further over the next couple of years

June 26, 2022 - 89-90. Another huge success for the vintage. This was a terrible vintage yet this wine is still good and concentrated. It is still very monolithic and one-dimensional and one can hope that it may gain complexity as it matures further. Being from 2013 there's still the concern of how much longer it could last. It's still a showing more complex than before with some more earthy notes especially with extended breathing. Over 12 hours after opening it was still drinking well and actually opening up some more. Should it improve more it would deserve a high rating. Certainly one could drink now and when I'm tasting it should be able to last another 3 to 5 years. If this was from a different vintage I would be less concerned. Once again a true success for this horrific vintage. Worth trying if you can find it.

June 29, 2020 - A solid effort considering the vintage. Dense concentrated with some good ripe berry earthy fruit. Has some body and tannins. It is showing stronger each tasting. An anomaly for this vintage. If this bottle is typical, it is still not at peak and should easily make it 10 years past the vintage and possibly a little bit longer. For those who enjoy their wines youthful, this can be enjoyed now. It should develop further complexity over the next few years.

March 2, 2020 - Dense monolithic somewhat one dimensional. Decent concentration, but the fruit falls off. Drink now and over the next couple of years

February 29, 2020 - Dense, somewhat concentrated monolithic. Fruit falls off in the end. Successful for a 2013, but way overpriced. Drink now and over the next 2-3 years.
