  June 12, 2023 - half bottle at restaurant in Zermatt, crowd pleaser, nothing very complex but has intense cherry attack, relatively simple on palate, quite good length, good with meat, cheese, potatoes meal. Glass and an half enough. Clear step up from generic red wines by the glass sampled here. Agree with comments about modern oaked style, and to be fair to the wine would not drink this from my own cellar if I owned it without another 5-7 years even in this 375 format.

  October 4, 2021 - - Garnet color with medium forming legs and aromas of tea, tobacco, cherry and vanilla. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of blackberry and black currant with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a medium finish - Decanted three hours. This wine needs time to open and grow up.
