October 16, 2021 - just fantastically black wine. give it some air and you will be rewarded with a fine bottle and an even better value.

October 16, 2021 - Clear medium red. Very approachable nose, berry, and a bit of pepper. Tasty berry flavours and a hint of pepper and bacon on the finish.

We decanted this for a couple of hours and it is a very tasty wine but there is no secondary development so I would recommend buying and holding at least 5 years.

October 11, 2021 - Tasted the day after the Graillot 2018 to compare. This is more closed and while it has the structure to repay patience it seems a bit lacking by comparison. I will leave in peace for 5 years. Suspect this will eventually rate much higher.

September 8, 2021 - First time trying this and I had to give it a shot after seeing the 93-95 score by WA.

Syrah lovers need to try this and I suspect other stuff from Paul Jaboulet.

Iron/Blood, Green Olives, minerals, red fruit. Hint of tobacco. Chewy tannins. Black pepper.

It's young and the integration is lacking and thus isn't really a 95 but the hype around this wine is real.

    Great with steak.

Pro reviews are on the mark, great quality to price ratio. Definitely will pick up another bottle or 2 and try other stuff from Paul Jaboulet.

July 10, 2021 - After decant, medium body, it flavor was good. Red berries a little floral and quite smooth. Enjoy now or wait 2-5 yrs to have more structure.
