April 25, 2013 - This wine has aged very well. Beautiful dark red color with no hint of fading. Fantastic right out of the bottle, and it only got better as the night progressed. You can definitely taste the terroir, but it doesn't overwhelm the intense fruit or subtle tannins. This wine could pair well with anything; we were not disappointed drinking it with artisan cheese, rosemary crackers and a meaty lasagna. Wish I had bought more than one bottle.

January 10, 2011 - quite delicious, fruity on nose raspberry. Very dark fruit flavor with soft tannins. went well with pork and mojo sauce.

August 1, 2010 - A touch soft but with good acidity for a tempranillo. Dark fruit flavors. Went superbly with Ropa Vieja and Cuban spices.
