  August 25, 2021 - Drinking very nicely and even better than the first. The extra year in bottle seems to have benefited this one.

  June 24, 2021 - This second bottle was similar to the tasting note I left below, but this time the green savory character took center stage. Perhaps even a hint of white pepper.
  
  Refreshing, and held up to a salmon and asparagus dinner quite well.

  June 2, 2021 - Super fresh nectarine and wild strawberry, salinity, refreshing. Just the right amount of cut. Solid wine. I overpaid by a bit but was glad to try. If I lived in California I'd buy a half case every year, for sure. Chill and enjoy.

  February 22, 2021 - This has been a miss for me a few years in a row. Pax is a great winemaker but he definitely shines best with Syrah.
  
  Here a salmon tinted Trousseau Gris, pretty color, shallow personality. Nothing much to say. Shy aromas of red berries, just barely there. They could be any red berries. Then tart citrus, orange, little bit of bubble gum.

  January 4, 2021 - This has really gained some weight since my last bottle, and showing fantastic. Honestly, aside from Sonoma Hillsides, it might be my favorite bottling Pax does. Lip-smacking unripe strawberry and pink grapefruit, low alcohol, great weight and freshness. Eager to load up for the summer
