April 1, 2023 - Vertical tasting of Braida Bricco dell’Uccellone Barbera d’Asti. Wine #3/5. Hottest vintage from whats been tasted and unfortunately its been mirrored on wine profile. Deep ruby colour. Pronounced aroma of cherry compote, baked plums, spices, leather, toasted oak. Full body, sweetish entry of slightly spicy and ripe red and black fruits, medium+ acidity and low silky tannins, lengthy bit warming finish.
