Community Tasting Notes 3

May 27, 2023 - Oaky and concentrated wine with starting tertiary notes. Longth after taste. But for accuerate tasters, they 'll feel light unbalance on bitter (very well make up), and over oak for a clairette. Not what you expect from this region. Could be excellent for crowds but not for accurate amateur. 87 (me) or 90 (Parker? or WS?).

December 1, 2022 - A reminder of how much I like what is essentially pure Clairette. Increasingly coming out of the shadow of a useful blend - see Decanter October 22 article by Matt Walls. Delicious.

March 2, 2022 - 99% Clairette; a bit brighter than say a Grenache Blanc, mineral, some bitters, medium silky on the palate with lower acidity, saline aspect. quite neutral on this one. Rhone Valley Whites aperitif party
