    May 3, 2020 - C: Copper.
    N: Crayfish, gunpowder, dill.
    M: Gunpowder, bitter, Crayfish, raspberry.

At opening gunpowder and crayfish. After some air less seafood, raspberry pops up. And by that integrates with the gunpowder.

    April 22, 2020 - C: medium copper, slow legs.
N: alcohol, bread, gunpowder, ridsport, raw lamb.
M: low-med tannins, low acidity, bitter (diminishes with time), metallic.

Bitter at bottle opening, settles to a pleasent level within an hour or so. Distinctive characteristics but not alot of flavour.
