December 25, 2022 - Beautiful balance of sweet and dry, Brioche, lemon and tropical fruit balanced with elegant yet complex bubbles. Crisp dry long finish with touch of minerality. A family favourite.

July 8, 2022 - So much flavor, golden color, excellent bubbles, balanced, good acid, complex flavors, drank with baked lobster with corn on the cob, would drink again, this wine can stand up to any Champagne.
