July 18, 2020 - pale, pretty magenta/pink color; lighter style, with minor red currant playing a back seat to slate; a few odd flavors on day one (flawed?) seemed to fade by day two.

June 5, 2020 - I know there I a surge of interest in making Organic wines or at least using the minimal amount of intervention as possible. My concern is only the quality of the wine short of major manipulation. As summer approaches there is always the search for blush/rose wines. This was part of my participation in a virtual wine club in DC. The wine was chilled in the fridge and left to warm up for 30-30 minutes. Unscrewed and poured. Nice pale pink color. Light body. The nose is primary fruit, specifically strawberry with a hint of citrus. The palate is thin with the strawberry and soft tannins as well as some minerality. Not much persistence after swallowing. For the cost it is a reasonable wine to drink by the pool but not likely to get much better after time. My preference would be rose made from heartier red grapes with a little more structure.

March 10, 2020 - 55/25/rest/rest Grenache/Mourvedre/Cinsault/Rolle. Medium plus nose is pretty, floral tones do well, fresh herbs, strawberry, green melon. Palate is steely, tart, fresh, wet stone, light strawberry, white cranberry, lemongrass. Tasty finish. Very light style, maybe could use more fruit. Likely a very nice food wine, summer wine, etc...
