June 3, 2023 - Dark violet color
Bouqet subtle
Cherry grape juice with hints of mint vanilla and birch. Long finish. Compared to the 2014 very complex and enjoyable. Opened up easily Enjoyed immensely while grilling sirloin. And then went well with the steak. The grill grease and meat flavor paired nicely to cut the smoothness of the wine.
The salt rub balanced great with the sweet but complex juice.
Skipped the 15 but curious to try it and the 17. Have to figure out if and how to get more -

August 20, 2020 - Like it. Needs to open up about 30min or more. Heavy and dry. Its really big and almost too much after a couple of glasses. Good with food.
