Community Tasting Notes 3

January 17, 2023 - Opened one hour in advance. Rich aroma of lemon and flowers. Beautiful, vibrant flavors of pear, yellow plum, among others. Complex finish includes elements of orange, vanilla, minerals. Rich, complex, lively, firm backbone.

Not completely beyond the pale for white burgundy, but certainly lighter and lither than many others. Brilliant right now and for the foreseeable future.

November 21, 2022 - I have to think this bottle was flawed or defective. My tasting doesn't seem to line up with others. Couldn't even tell this was chard, very cloudy, orangish / cider-like color. Taste was odd.

August 27, 2020 - Beautiful wine. Flint, a hint of oak (vanilla) and citrus on the nose, palate with green fruit, crushed stone and precise acidity.
