July 2, 2021 - very clear for an unfiltered wine. Big bouquet on the nose. Surprisingly easy drinking. Very tasty. Paired well with BBQ Pork Tenderloin on a hot summer day. Well worth it. Highly recommended - would definitely order again!

December 21, 2020 - Bright ruby red with intense aromas of red cherry, red plum, black currant, violet, vanilla, cedar, mocha as well as hues of leather. Full bodied with a refreshing acidity as well as clear and present tannin. Long lingering, appetizing and warming finale. Due to its powerful structure this wine will go perfectly with BBQ red meat, herbal coated rack of lamb or glazed Duck breast. Serve at room temperature, 17-18°C, in a Cabernet Glass.
No additives deriving from animal products are used in making this wine, which awards it the label “vegan”.
“Bella Terra” is Italian and translates into “beautiful earth”. This stands to sum up the unique composition of soils, landscapes as well as climate in the Niagara Region.
