August 21, 2016 - Expresivo y abierto desde el inicio.
Ya en la nariz se nota una concentración de gran vino. Terroso, mineral, floral. La más elegante de las oxidaciones.
La boca es pura finura, con la susodicha concentración que marca todo el recorrido en la boca y una acidez portentosa pero muy medida.
Sorpresa esta botella comprada como crianza que según parece es un reserva en tiempo de crianza. Sin ser un portento de complejidad, la definición que ha ido cogiendo con el tiempo aporta un vino riquisimo y disfrutable 100%. -

January 24, 1991 - Tasting of 5 Spanish Reds at Primas. Was weak on fruit on the nose and mouth, very open with pleasant, enjoyable fruit. My #5.
