March 21, 2021 - A lovely white from Greece with two varietals: 70 % Xinomavro and 30% Malagousia. A light white wine with floral flavours and aromas. Paired well with fresh salads: lobster salad and asparagus with prosciutto salad. Creative label.

September 2, 2020 - Comme pas mal tout ce que produit Thymiopoulos, un blanc d'un RQP dur à battre. Bel équilibre acide sur du fruit tropical à revendre avec une fine minérailté presque saline. On a un peu l'impression d'être en Grèce le temps d'une bouteille. Difficile de demander plus pour à peine 15$ C'est rarement le cas, mais je l'ai préféré plus froid que frais.

July 21, 2020 - Light crisp almost transparent wine with notes of sweet pear and melon on the nose and palate. This is a great value not to be missed. Lacking complexity on a medium finish prevented a higher score. Lovely.
