Community Tasting Notes 3

May 3, 2022 - First bottle of two. Drinking over time with Coravin, now from opened bottle. A couple of months or so from the first draft from the bottle.

Not sure if it is showing fresh like a newly opened full bottle. This is ripe but in check. Black cherry, strawberry , raspberry, some black tea, tannins have a bit of bite for Pinot. Volatility very present but not displeasant, a bit out of character compared to previous experiences of producer. A little malolactic yoghurt note. Actually a very nice drink although more natty and rustic perhaps compared to expectations.

January 9, 2021 - really lovely. Young. Want to get more from this producer.

January 7, 2021 - Zomg delicious and generous (for burgundy). Medium bodied, red and black fruits, soft texture, pretty and just yum. Some tannins; quite a lot of ripeness. Mm.
