July 19, 2022 - What a surprisingly nice wine. Strawberry and cherry fresh fruit on the nose. In mouth it is a light bodied winner with strawberry, watermelon and ripe raspberry fruit adding to the mix of flavors. Simply fabulous and well made as the balanced acidity rounds out the finish notes. Short (ish) finish but quite pleasant. Worth finding. Giving one of my highest rose wines scores that I can remember.

April 14, 2021 - PnP tonight mid size white glasses. Color is a deep translucent red w/ copper hews. Perfuse florals & stone fruit aromas. Super tasty w/ a complex, refreshing & elegant array of strawberry, watermelon, peaches, mineral, herbs & pepper. Whenever I drink rose' from Bandol I have elevated expectations and this did not disappoint. Fruit is said to be certified organic w/ a blend 71% Mourvèdre, 14% Grenache, 12% Cinsault, 3% Clairette. Alc 14% mostly unnoticed. Going back for more. A great recent local find for $27! With Tempier nipping at $60, this is a steal!

January 27, 2021 - A great recent local pickup for $27! With Tempier nipping at $60, this is a steal! Tempier is the standard-bearer but eventually the price starts to exceed the quality. Well at least, the value I attach. PnP tonight mid size white glasses. Color is a deep translucent red with copper hews. Perfuse florals and stone fruit aromas. Super tasty palate with a complex, refreshing and elegant array of strawberry, watermelon, peaches, mineral, herbs and pepper. Has a minor note of Bandol bitters on the end but less prominent than other producers. Whenever I drink rose' from Bandol I have elevated expectations and this wine did not disappoint. I think opening this rose' post season may have helped too as this has had an extra 6 months to resolve. The Fruit is said to be certified organic and a blend 71% Mourvèdre, 14% Grenache, 12% Cinsault, 3% Clairette. Alc 14% and mostly unnoticed. Going back for more. Rose' doesn't have to stop just because its winter. Especially in MN!

August 24, 2020 - Massive QPR here. An outstanding release this vintage, with those already young sweet vegetal tertiary notes.
