  April 1, 2022 - Pale lemon in the glass. Nose predominated by citrus (more lime than lemon) with with some peach. Dry, high acid, medium bodied with medium alcohol. Palate has a medium + intensity with significant minerality, again the lime takes the lead with some lemon following and a hint of both apple and peach. The finish is short. An excellent refreshing glass.

  December 18, 2021 - Drank over multiple nights. As before, really good fruit with crisp acidity. Lots of nuance to lime, citrus light hints of yellow stone fruit, apricot, hints of tropical fruit, mineral. Enjoyable.

  September 26, 2021 - PnP. Similar as a year ago with more pronounced fruit but still with a mineral touch and good freshness, with a lightness but with good persistence and medium+ finish. In a perfect shape now but there is no hurry to drink the last bottles, it will stay for a couple of years on this level. Superb price to quality relation.
