Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Hojun-na-Wine Likes this wine:

December 14, 2021 - Medium garnet color, slight haze.

Medium intense nose orange spice, cloves, cinnamon, Chinese herbal medicine, some slight bretty band-aid (but not in a bad way).

On the palate cranberry, raspberry, red cherry, Chinese medicine, baking spice.

Medium alcohol, medium body, medium acidity. Fine but firm tannins. Nice long finish. This wine is drinking well now, but has good structure for aging. Solid stuff!
