  February 10, 2024 - 2 hour decant but it can go way longer as it got better and better with time. Loads of toasted black plums, cherries, wild berries, bramble type notes, with cigar, tobacco, brooding florals, graphite and some spices. This is very well built, muscular and taut Franc, even for a ‘17, it delivers the goods. Jean H makes phenomenal Cabernet Francs. Cheers!

  June 17, 2023 - PnP, initially this was massively tannic, great nose however, classic black fruit, violets and chocolate. A couple hours of air this starts to calm down a bit but I’d give this 5 years, it’s not in it’s prime drinking window but shows massive promise.

  October 23, 2021 - Good soft fruits, berries all around, stellar smooth finish! Just not very structured. Mineral strides from a Cabernet Franc.

  February 12, 2021 - 2017 horizontal. rich black fruit with a slight sweetness that doesn't detract from the wine's overall savory richness. Good+ density and layered nuances already emerging. Easily the most balanced of the three wines. Better to cellar a few more years, probably better 2025+.
