January 18, 2023 - Deep garnet in color. Lovely nose of cherries, dark chocolate, and espresso. Tastes of dark cherries, dark chocolate, and a hint of menthol. Pronounced acidity complimenting the fruit. Lovely balance and in a good place now. Drink now and over the 10-15 years.
