February 1, 2023 - Opened for my January bottle in the NE Wine Report 2023 Cabernet Franc Challenge. Delicious Franc, with notes of blue fruit, green bell pepper, cigar tobacco, oak and spice. Plenty of life ahead of this one. Drink now - 2033.

December 9, 2021 - Opened for a small taste, then consumed over 3 days. Showed best on day 3, so don't rush on pulling those corks. Definitely benefits from significant air at this point, so plan for a long decant if opening now. Nice expression of Cab Franc, a vastly underrated variety.

July 12, 2021 - Poured through an aerator into the decanter for an hour before first glass. Blue fruit, green pepper, tobacco leaf, and just a hint of wood. Really complex wine that drank better on day 2. Needs more time I think, but was pretty outstanding with my aerator/decant stunt. Drink 2022-2032.

April 18, 2020 - Quick taste before sending it off with my dad who I wanted to introduce to Rasa. All primary at this point, which was expected. I see this being right in line with past Rasa Cab Francs, but too early to be sure. I am expecting 90-92.
