November 12, 2023 - Too ripte to be considered typical of Chinon (14% alcohol), nevertheless, this is an attractive wine with dark cherry fruit, a little spice, a medium-full body, velvet texture, and adequate acidity. The alcohol has only the barest noticeability. The wine can be drunk now but should last another 10-15 years, at least.

October 19, 2021 - Very nice, good minerality, acidity, good complexity. A very good Chinon.

Superbe matière, très bien fait, tout en fruit avec la trame végétale du Cab Franc au second plan. Très beau!
