April 15, 2022 - Highly satisfying blend that yields depth, complexity and tension. Enjoyed with Indian cuisine, including several curries. Delightful.

March 19, 2021 - From the website: 26% Ribolla Gialla, 8% Tocai Friulano, and 33% each Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay

A pleasant surprise for this interesting blend of white wine varieties, an homage to the Friuli region of NE Italy. The elements are in the right place, with a pleasing complexity on the palate. I definitely get the minerality, grassy elements, and white tea that another reviewer had mentioned. Definitely worth a try if you're open to something new and creative.

February 11, 2021 - Should have heeded the previous reviewers and decanted. Quite closed upon opening yesterday with some fizz. After half an hour open, quite savory, sage and slight mint on the nose, pear. Saved (regrettably only) a third for today--what a transformation. Warming a little out of the fridge, super expressive floral aromas, nectar-like guava on the palate, finish goes on and on. There's some Friuli in here for sure but with New World exuberance. Only bought one bottle to try but will have to hold on to these longer in the future.

September 3, 2020 - Decanted the wine for approximately 3 hours before serving. Glad I did - the wine definitely needs time to open up. Very pleased with this Oregon twist on an Alto Adige. The blend of varieties work really well together - big mouthfeel, beautifully textured, and loads of fruit and lively acidity. Almost tannic on the finish. Need to hold off for another few years for flavors to further marry and for the wine to gain complexity and weight.

July 19, 2020 - This is the second time I’ve tasted. A few months ago, it was wound up, but it’s more open now. Brisk acidity with subtle aromas of honeydew, aloe, white tea, and green pear. Very lovely, textural, and surprisingly full bodied for the moderate alcohol level. Has a flinty reductive note and a touch of bitterness on the end that adds interest and a subtle minerality. Refreshing on its own, but also paired nicely with some aged cheeses and olives.
