February 19, 2023 - Exotic, unctuous, multifacted nose, apples, pears, orange zest, cinnamon, vanilla, butter, very tasty, good acid balance, long finish, with lobster tail and drawn butter this was a 97 point, near perfect match, both zinged together, still thinking about the seamless match

May 12, 2022 - PnP chilled. 30-120 mins glass time. Clear, light straw color. Subdued nose initially due to chill. This drank very oaky and a bit over the top. Not as bright and fresh as previous vintages/bottles. Better with time with decent fruit and acid balance but still some nagging oak. Drink now. $48 winery direct.

March 28, 2022 - PnP chilled. Clear, med bright straw. Oaky nose. Historically, one of my favorite CA Chards. Very big and rich with significant oak presence. Sharp, tart finish. Full throttle wine reflecting power and acid on the back end. Nothing off. Drink now. $48 winery direct.

January 10, 2021 - Excellent QPR. Nose is complex yet harmonious; lots of honey and butter, with mild oak. Taste is creamy and finish is smooth and warm. True to its SLH roots.
