February 8, 2024 - 2nd bottle in the last 10 days. Effortless and completely enjoyable from the start. Very consistent from opening to 3+ hours later. Excellent Cabernet.

February 2, 2024 - Enjoying this again on night 2 after some air and it is smooth, balanced, with great fruits.
On the first night it was stubborn and in & out of consciousness. It's all there but it's all about the timing.
My recommendation is to wait or be patient with air. -

July 26, 2020 - Drank way too early. Needs at least another few years in the bottle. Smells like floral soap and red raspberries, but a very astringent smell shoots up your nose when you taste it. Tons of potential, but wait a few years for it.
