March 27, 2020 - COVID-19 "Shelter-in-Place"; 3/17/2020-5/31/2020 (Redwood City, CA): End of a long work week, now looking at two days of exactly the same things, just with no specific work.
Dipping back into the Belle Fiore delivery, this time a Cab Franc, aged in French and American Oak, 50% new. 2h of air. Dark ruby color. Aromas of red plum, pepper, dried leaves, hints of oak. Medium-light body, powdery tannins, with juicy red fruit on the palate and a tangy finish.
