October 12, 2020 - Dark colour: dull gold with a greenish tint. Nose shows oxidative notes of almond and sea salt alongside fruity notes of orange blossom and lemongrass. Full-bodied, heavy mouthfeel, with big, sour, mouth-puckering acidity. A touch of oxidation seems to dull the fruit on the entry, but there's a massive burst of fruit on the finish: sour, tangy, tropical flavours of green mango, lime, and pineapple. Tastes like an IPA.
