December 9, 2023 - One hour decant. Deep inky purple color. Wonderful nose of blackberry, black cherry, spice and oak. Full bodied palate has ripe juicy dark berries, chocolate, earthy herbs and minerals. Fine grained resolved tannins lead into long finish.

November 12, 2023 - Quick decant. Nose of sage, dried thyme, bay leaf which dominate the dark fuit underneath. Black raspberry and strong tobacco leaf with caramel, black cherry, smoked meats, and hickory. Light black pepper, pencil lead, dark fruit, gritty tannins, and lots of oak and vanilla on the finale.

October 9, 2023 - Very tasty! Lots of dark fruit and noticeable cherry. Definitely get a smoky cigar like flavor as well.
