December 4, 2021 - I’m not a reisling fan but this one mutes the sweetness, has dry crispness, and is thus more up my alley. Red apple and lemon profile. Paired well with today’s sushi lunch.

August 8, 2020 - Fantastic example of a Riesling from the Columbia Valley region. If you prefer your Riesling on the crisp side then drink this well chilled. If you like a bit more sweetness let it warm for a few minutes before drinking.

July 19, 2020 - Nice American version of Riesling. It's definitely on the sweet/fruity side, and the acid doesn't give the lift you'd get from a German, but it's well-balanced so the sweetness isn't overwhelming. It's great on a hot summer evening!

July 18, 2020 - I'm a goof and had a scented candle burning so my tasting notes might be a little scuffed. The scents that came through the clearest for me were honeycomb and green apple. It has a really pleasant balance between the sweetness and acidity, and I think I got some white nectarine flavors as well.

Of COURSE I'd buy it again! Silly question :-) Have loved each of your Riesling vintages, Katy - although we both know I've loved the sweeter ones more than the off-dry.
I've discovered over the years that I prefer many whites less COLD, and this is one. As it edges toward room temp, I find it sweeter. Therefore, those of you who prefer drier wines - CHILL the heck out of it and keep it on ice!
I only made notes on two evenings - entree the same, variation on the sourdough toast. So - meal was shrimp & zoodles enhanced with my favorite Robert Rothschild's Pineapple...Tequila sauce - a DIVINE pairing. Wine was fruity - pear, peach, a touch of lemon...YUM.
Night one, sourdough toast was just buttered and it was slightly tart. Night two, I decided to make garlic toast with pecorino Romano - wine was still tart, but softer than with plain sourdough.
More bottles in my basket, Katy!
