April 21, 2024 - Purple in color. 14.5% ABV. Sublime nose of black fruits, cocoa and earthy. Full bodied with mouth watering acidity. Big and bold with rich, voluptuous fruits. Black cherry, blackberry, chocolate truffles and a hint of pepper on the palate. Tremendous length on the finish. Awesome wine that will show well for years to come. Best over the next 4-6 years.

September 16, 2023 - Decanted an hour. I think this is entering a “closed up” stage. Still some wonderful black fruit and nice herbal notes. Need to hold thankful I have more.

August 14, 2023 - Popped and poured, this was great from the get go. Very pure dark cherry with eucalyptus and a bit of spice. Plentynif acid/tannin gives it structure and vibrancy. Long finish. I wasn’t sure if inshould open this but an encounter with Bedrock co-founder Chris Cottrell at Vin Chicago persuaded me to cue it up. Glad I did!!!

January 22, 2023 - Spice driven with eucalyptus, herbs and black fruits. Balanced, but with higher acidity leading to a juicy wine. Great wine. Drink or hold.

December 23, 2022 - Decanted approx 1 hour … This is beautiful stuff. Light yet rich, fragrent but not overpowering. Berries and spice to open, with a dry mineral middle and medium-long dry finish. Just gorgeous, smooth and in a perfect place at the moment.
