August 22, 2012 - there just wasn't much there. i had one glass and let the rest of the bottle sit on the counter until i added to the red wine vinegar vat

November 21, 2009 - Leather and tart red cherry again on the nose - still medium finish, but it feels smoother. Drink now, cuz I dont' think this is going to improve.

August 9, 2008 - Light, pruny color. Leather and red cherry on the nose. Medicinal taste immediately upon opening. That subsided a bit after a while, and the red cherry came out. Medium finish with some tannins. Drank first with blue cheese bruschetta. Became silky with grilled lemon garlic porkchops.
