January 5, 2021 - ‘Good but un-special Provence rose. Usual red fruity flavour suspects with enough power to label it at lunch rose. Strong in its citrus, berries and a fresh minerality, supplemented with fruit like apricot, Strawberry, raspberry and some spicyness (thyme / green pepper). Not cheap (around ten euros) but very pleasant and given its strength still worth the price.

August 7, 2020 - Salmon coloured in the glass. Not very expressive on the nose. On the palate medium acidity and a bit bitter grapefruit like. Not very fruity. Decent rose but not my personal favourite.

July 26, 2020 - Pale salmon colour, juicy, fruity and floral, citrus and peach, hay, soft but fresh, silky texture with very gentle bitters, good resonance and length.

May 19, 2020 - Light salmon color, very nice nose with peach, berry, tree fruit, mineral. Light-moderate on palate, good acid, nice progression to clean finish.
