April 12, 2021 - Ripe melons, peaches, apples, pears. Plastic and mazipan (only on the nose) I think this was aged on the lees, there is some fresh baked bread (or baked cookies) and baking spices. Almonds toward the end of the palate. Full bodied, great acid given the body! Great pairing with salmon en papillote.
