  September 16, 2023 - Colour: pale to medium gold, legs are medium to slow, no sediment
  Nose: stone fruit (apricot, peach, mirabelle), white florals with maybe some elderflowers, slight tropical notes of pineapple, passion fruit
  Mouth: herbacous / grassy, citrus with some pomelo and pampelmouse, some stone fruit
  Finish: herbacous, dry stone dust, salty, citrus, long makes you salivate
  
  Excellent Sauvignon, great quality, already some age on it but still very alive, this has even more aging time in it
