July 14, 2023 - Tannins are fully resolved but black fruit remains, as well as a hint of leather/tobacco. Drink the remaining bottles soon.

January 18, 2023 - easy drinking and really quite well made, this is certainly mature and perhaps past its peak - a little 'hollow', but it is a second wine and more than fifteen years old

February 18, 2022 - Lovely mature Bordeaux drinking really well. Drank it with braised short ribs. On the nose more tertiary notes of leather and forest floor with medium+ tannins which are well integrated. The palate offers more mature black fruits, leather and a medium+ finish. Two more to enjoy!
