December 17, 2023 - Issu de la célèbre appellation Tokai, ce noble nectar hongrois est élaboré à partir de raisins botrytisés, c’est-à-dire qu’ils sont infectés de pourriture noble.
Cet élixir est paré d’une magnifique robe dorée m’invitant à la rêverie. Doté d’une intensité remarquable, les arômes et les saveurs d’abricot séché, de miel et de champignon forestier coexistent en harmonie et composent une symphonie capiteuse. Somptueux. -

June 24, 2022 - Sweet honey with a slug of lime opening up to a little heat and spice. It’s crisp and fresh, and stays on the palate long after the initial sip. Complex and classy, it has beautiful acidity and is a real treat. Loved it! 92 pts

February 8, 2022 - Deep yellow gold. Beautiful dessert wine with notes of apricot, marmelade, honey and sweet spice with almond. Unctuous body with sweetness beautifully balanced by freshly intense acidity. Citrus, apricot jam, baked apple, spiced honey, marzipan with some notes of ginger and a beautiful long sensuous honeyed finish.
