April 23, 2020 - Snagged a bottle from our local tapas spot Taberna del Haro. This is showing the freshness of Tempranillo. Nose of cherry, sea salt & crushed rocks. Palate is bright and zippy with high acid coming through and followed by soft tannins. Had with paella and a few tapas. Great wine that supported our amazing take out.

April 7, 2020 - Average Rioja at best. It has some ripe and clean fruit, but comes across as just a little dull. There tis nothing wrong wth this wine, in terms of faults, but it offers nothing particularly idiomatic, stylistically. (Drunk during a ZOOM dinner party with J and C, and Liz and Justine).
