April 18, 2020 - Dark Ruby: First on the opening a little to much of lead pencil. Day after this is what I wrote. Nose Dark fruit, hints of forest, leafs & mushrom. Palete: Med-Full, Earthy, old leafs, lead pencil, cedar, ok acid. Medium but unpolished tannins. Finish: A very litttle sweetness and a sour finish
