November 6, 2022 - Åpnet og smakt 3 timer før måltidet og fremstår da som noe vanndig og kort. De timene gjorde underverker og vinen samler seg fint til en fyldigere og mer balansert utgave av seg selv. Medium transparent, ganske så rød med noe murstein på farge. Mørke bær som plommer og moreller, lær og mørk sjokolade, friske tanniner, bra syre. Integrer eik.
Rund munnfølelse, medium kropp og god lengde.
Denne vinen fikk vi til bryllupet i -11, og den skulle drikkes på 5-års dagen. Glad vi ventet lengre, digg nå til amerikansk entrecôte med sopp-sky-saus.1 person found this helpful Comment -

July 26, 2022 - Stored at 55 since release. Vibrantly dense ruby with no dulling or ambering. Earthy nose of roasted soil and graphite. Aggressively tannic still yet with floral notes coming on board along w blackberry compote. Tart enough. Tannins win out leaving palate parched for a bite or another swig.

June 20, 2021 - Medium dark red; blueberry notes, fine cedar; gentle rich rounded with agreeable tannins; believe it is “a point” - right spot in its drinking window; not that many nuances, but nice depth, and straightforward right
